Amanda Baer on Why Being Intentional With Your Salon’s Interior Design Is Good Business
[246] The pandemic may have briefly stalled in-person experiences, but salons are now dialling up the experiential factor, designing ultra-unique spaces to transport guests away from everyday life.

But for others, the whole experience can be pretty stressful. In this week's conversation, Something You Salon and Spa owner Amanda Baer (@somethingyousalon) shares her salon's increasingly growing pains, the decision-making process behind moving from a 1400 sq. ft location to more than double that, how the salon's culture plays into her interior design, renovation tips and more.
